Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field preferred but not required
• More than 5 to 8 years of experience implementing enterprise contact center solutions, including at least 4 years focused on Genesys Cloud
• Proven expertise in designing, developing, and supporting end-to-end Genesys Cloud contact center solutions
• Strong knowledge of VoIP, SIP, IVR, call routing, CRM integrations, and network infrastructure
• Proficiency in REST APIs and cloud testing tools such as Postman and Insomnia
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Wrike, Asana, or Microsoft Project
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

Requirements

• Lead Engineer for Enterprise Genesys Cloud Projects
• Lead technical design workshops and discovery sessions to architect, configure, and implement Genesys Cloud contact center solutions
• Design and deploy advanced call flows, routing strategies, digital channels, integrations, and reporting frameworks
• Build and support integrations between Genesys Cloud and third-party platforms, including Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, and custom CRM systems, through REST APIs
• Configure and support Genesys Cloud capabilities, including Quality Management, Agent Scripts, reporting tools, and SCIM/SSO integrations with Azure AD and Okta
• Apply NLU and bot technologies, including Genesys Cloud Dialog Engine Bot and Google Dialogflow CX, to modernize and automate customer interactions
• Manage data migrations, multi-site rollouts, and system cutovers while ensuring projects meet schedule, scope, and budget requirements
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to enterprise clients and provide consultative guidance to optimize workflows and business processes through Genesys Cloud
• Mentor implementation team members and contribute to the internal knowledge base to strengthen organizational expertise and delivery excellence
• Lead technical teams through system configuration, testing, and integration with CRM, ERP, and other enterprise platforms
• Create and maintain detailed documentation for solution design, configuration, testing, migration, and cutover processes
• Provide hands-on troubleshooting support throughout implementations and escalate critical issues as needed to ensure successful outcomes
• Maintain current Genesys Cloud certifications, stay informed about product updates, and evaluate emerging technologies to strengthen solution expertise
