The Dowty Field Service Representative will provide direction and assistance to work group in order to meet assigned objectives. In this role you will work within defined parameters to make decisions, apply concepts to issues of moderate complexity, and resolve issues through immediate action or short-term planning. Role will be responsible for supporting the R391 (C130J) Composite Propeller System and related components at Hurlburt Field, FL. Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or High School Diploma / GED from an accredited school or institution.
• This position requires up to 60% travel to global destinations.
• Able to lift minimum of 65 lbs.

Requirements

• 2+ years performing extensive repairs and conversions as well as maintenance and repair work to aircraft engine and/or propeller systems.
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university (Or a High School Diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of Aviation experience in a Field Service or Maintenance position).
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Proven analytical and continuous improvement mindset.
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Ability to interface at all levels of the organization, both internally and externally.
