[Hiring] Field Facilitator @UNDP

Role Description

The Field Facilitator will be responsible for the following:

• Conduct labour market needs assessments by engaging with private sector companies, human resources professionals, employer associations, and business networks.
• Assess employers' perceptions and willingness to recruit NEET young women.
• Participate in meetings organized by the Project Team with relevant private sector stakeholders.
• Support the matching of NEET young women with employment opportunities.
• Consult with local stakeholders to identify priority training areas based on labour market needs.
• Identify resources required for the delivery of training programmes.
• Share comprehensive information on proposed training programmes with the Project Team.
• Maintain regular coordination with local stakeholders during training implementation.
• Support outreach efforts to increase participation of NEET women in project activities.
• Establish and maintain contacts with relevant UN Agencies and government institutions.
• Maintain organized records of project data and activities.
• Participate in bi-weekly coordination meetings and provide weekly progress updates.
• Submit monthly progress reports to the Project Team.
• Establish and maintain an online interactive tracking database.
• Encourage the use of digital tools and online collaboration platforms.
• Undertake field missions as required under the assignment.

Qualifications

• Masters Degree in Human Resources, International Relations, Business Administration, Public Administration, Social Sciences or equivalent field.
• Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of relevant professional experience may be accepted in lieu of Master’s degree.
• Minimum 2 years of progressively responsible experience in human resources and/or job matchmaking.

Requirements

• Experience in the use of computers, office software packages (MS Word, Excel, etc.) and web-based management systems.
• Advanced knowledge of spreadsheet and database packages.
• Experience in building partnerships with private sector representatives and local stakeholders.
• Experience in stakeholder relationship management.
• Experience in analyzing labour market trends and workforce demand.
• Knowledge of monitoring and evaluation tools for job matchmaking.
• Knowledge of AI tools and digital technologies in labour market analysis.
• Fluency in written and oral English and Turkish.
