Role Description

The Field Director Services (FDS) is responsible for overseeing and directing a team comprising District Services Managers (DSM), Assistant Market Managers (AMM), Branch Install Managers (BIM), Sales Managers (SM), and Regional Provider Managers (RPM) across a multi-district geographical services area. The FDS will focus on pipeline, conversion, customer service, and provider management to achieve profitability while delivering an excellent installation experience for Home Depot customers.

• Accountable for leading and developing a team of high-performing field associates.
• Communicates the strategic vision of Home Services.
• Ensures safety of all associates and compliance with all regulations and requirements.
• Meets or exceeds targets for assigned sales plans.

Qualifications

• Must be eighteen years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Demonstrated proficiency in predictive modeling, data mining, and data analysis.

Requirements

• Typically requires overnight travel more than 50% of the time.
• Requires intermittent periods of continuous physical exertion, such as walking, standing, stooping, climbing, and lifting material or equipment.
• Usually in a comfortable environment but with regular exposure to factors causing moderate physical discomfort from dust, fumes, or odors.

Benefits

• Competitive salary range: $130,000.00 - $160,000.00 for specific states.
