  • Digital Communication: Proficient in basic website management (e.g., Google Sites), email marketing software, and community communication tools (e.g., WhatsApp, Slack).
  • Cross-Cultural Facilitation: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to confidently host Zoom events for a diverse, global audience while navigating varying time zones and levels of English proficiency.
  • Editorial Competency: Strong writing and copy-editing skills, with a proven ability to translate complex theological or environmental concepts into clear, accessible content.

  • Background: Proven experience working within a mission, NGO, or multi-stakeholder environment where cross-cultural coordination was required.

3-Year Roadmap & Milestones

  • Year 1: Mobilization & Infrastructure
    • Focus: Visibility, Foundations, and Structural Setup
    • Pilot Regional Hubs: Formalize two pilot regional hubs (e.g., Africa, SE Asia) by appointing local volunteer champions and establishing communication workflows.
    • Digital Launch: Relaunch the FF website and resource library, featuring an initial searchable directory of 100+ mapped practitioners.
    • Compliance Setup: Establish the grant-required "Reporting Dashboard" to seamlessly track participant attendance and initial local action plans.
  • Year 2: Expansion & Peer-to-Peer Growth
    • Focus: Movement Multiplication and Knowledge Capturing
    • Hub Multiplication: Expand the regional hub model to two additional global regions and facilitate bi-monthly "Hub Leader" synchronization meetings.
    • Peer-Learning Series: Host 6 practitioner-led online presentations showcasing local stories of land restoration and faith, archiving them into the digital library.
  • Year 3: Sustainability & Legacy
    • Focus: Autonomy, Impact, and Distribution
    • Training Audit: Document 20+ instances where regional hub members have independently trained local farmers using network resources (Trainer of Trainers model).
    • Network Governance: Transition the FF Network toward a sustainable, long-term governance model (e.g., a regional leadership council) to ensure continuity beyond the initial 3-year grant.
    • Final Impact Reporting: Synthesize network data to deliver a comprehensive grant close-out report demonstrating measurable shifts in local land stewardship and food security.
