Role Description

As an Experimentation & CRO Lead, you will be responsible for:

• Client leadership:
  • Leads the client relationship directly, working with client teams in the US and Canada across time zones.
  • Builds credibility as a trusted experimentation partner, constructively challenges client assumptions, defends recommendations with evidence, and adapts the approach based on client feedback.
  • Represents Niteco face-to-face with clients in the US or Canada on an occasional basis.
• Understanding the business and setting strategy:
  • Goes beyond analytics to understand the client's customers, proposition, commercial priorities, and wider digital strategy.
  • Builds experimentation programmes around client business objectives and customer behavior.
  • Proactively identifies new experimentation opportunities, maintaining a healthy pipeline of ideas.
  • Recommends against testing when experimentation isn't the right approach.
• Experimentation delivery and quality:
  • Works independently and confidently in GA4 to answer experimentation and customer behavior questions.
  • Ensures experiments are properly defined before delivery, with clear hypotheses, success metrics, tracking requirements, targeting, and decision criteria.
  • Owns the interpretation of experiment results, combining statistical outcomes with customer behavior and business context.
  • Retains sufficient hands-on capability across the full experimentation lifecycle.
• Building the practice:
  • Directs Niteco's specialist teams (UX, development, QA, data, and project management).
  • Creates processes and ways of working that let Niteco scale experimentation across more clients and people over time.
  • Builds the model this role and its team will work within.

Qualifications

• A solid understanding of how e-commerce sites work and convert.
• Demonstrated experience operating at lead level, including strategic ownership of an experimentation programme.
• Independently manages senior client relationships in complex agency or consultancy environments.
• Deep, hands-on comfort in GA4.
• Hands-on experience running experiments in Optimizely Web Experimentation.
• Proficient in experiment fundamentals, including sample-size calculation and statistical-significance analysis.
• Based in, or close to, the client's US or Canadian time zones.
• A generalist across the experimentation lifecycle.
• Commercial, consultative judgment connects experimentation to customer needs and business outcomes.
• Candidates based in Eastern or Central time zones are preferred.

• A clear, repeatable experimentation model that could be applied to multiple clients.
• Agreed measurable KPIs per programme.
