Presence by Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Workplace Experience Manager to support the delivery of exceptional workplace experiences across a portfolio of office properties. This role is responsible for creating meaningful tenant engagement opportunities through:

• Amenity activation
• Community-building initiatives

The Workplace Experience Manager serves as a remote extension of the property team, providing:

• Strategic leadership
• Operational support
• Creative programming solutions tailored to each property’s unique goals and tenant population

This position requires a highly organized, customer-focused professional with strong communication, project management, and relationship-building skills. While primarily remote, travel may be required for:

• Client needs
• Property launches
• Team meetings
• Training initiatives
• Major events
• Leasing tours
• Strategic business objectives

Requirements

• Serve as a strategic partner to assigned property management teams
• Develop strong relationships with property teams, ownership groups, vendors, and tenant stakeholders
• Lead regular planning meetings
• Provide recommendations and best practices
• Prepare and deliver monthly or quarterly reporting
• Provide remote coaching and guidance
• Act as a trusted resource for hospitality and engagement strategies
• Develop and execute customized engagement strategies
• Create and manage programming calendars
• Plan and coordinate events and community-building experiences
• Monitor program effectiveness
• Develop and execute communication strategies
• Create and manage tenant newsletters and promotional materials
• Provide remote oversight for workplace amenities
• Establish and maintain relationships with vendors
• Assist with annual budget planning
• Support the ongoing growth of the Presence platform
• Support onboarding efforts for new team members
• Travel as required for various initiatives
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned
