[Hiring] Executive Assistant to the CMO & CRO @TaxGPT Inc.

Role Description

We are seeking an Executive Assistant to support both our Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Revenue Officer. This is a shared role for someone who is operationally minded and thrives on keeping two busy executives organized, focused, and moving forward. Once we've set guardrails and timelines, you'll take what we give you and execute on it.

• Act as the operational partner to our CMO and CRO, taking direction, guardrails, and timelines and running with them so decisions don't stall.
• Manage both inboxes, triaging inbound requests, and balancing competing priorities between two executives.
• Protect our time as carefully as you schedule it, ensuring our calendars leave room to get work done, not just to attend meetings.
• Book and manage travel.
• Prepare for and follow up on important meetings, including preparing briefing docs and agendas, taking notes, and following up on action items.
• Support clear and consistent communication across the company, drafting routine correspondence and internal announcements.
• Help prepare presentation materials such as monthly updates, quarterly performance reviews, and board deck sections.
• Keep information flowing and projects moving across teams, helping build regular reports, managing work in Confluence and Jira, and coordinating cross-team initiatives.
• Handle details that keep relationships and operations running smoothly, including coordinating meetings and processing expenses and vendor invoices.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, including direct support of C-suite or senior executives.
• Experience supporting more than one executive at the same time.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage complex calendars, inboxes, and travel across time zones.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and comfort learning new tools quickly.
• Experience working remotely with distributed teams.

• Experience in a high-growth B2B startup environment.
• Hands-on experience with tools like Confluence and Jira.
• Experience supporting marketing or sales leaders.
• Experience pulling data and helping build recurring reports.

Benefits

• Salary Range: $75,000 - $95,000 annually.
