[Hiring] Executive Assistant to the CEO / Digital Operations Specialist @Truporch Homes

Role Description

This is not your traditional administrative position. While you will handle core Executive Assistant duties, your primary focus will be supporting the CEO’s strategic business initiatives, media production, and AI software development.

You do not need a specific degree for this role, but you must be a college graduate with a sharp, logical mind. We are looking for someone who is exceptionally tech-savvy, intellectually curious, and completely unafraid of tackling complex challenges. You will act as a sounding board and project manager for the CEO, requiring excellent business judgment. Like our engineering roles, you will begin with a structured training period to learn our systems, Lean methodologies, and communication standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Video Production & Editing: Edit and produce both long-form and short-form video content, including internal training materials and external advertisements.
• Strategic Decision Making: Exercise excellent business judgment, analyze situations, anticipate the CEO's needs, and propose sound business decisions.
• Executive Administration: Ensure the CEO's day runs smoothly through proactive calendar management and comprehensive email management.
• AI Beta Testing & Tech Support: Beta test new AI applications, hunt for bugs, test user experience, and provide logical feedback for improvement.
• Business Research & Development (R&D): Conduct deep-dive research into new business concepts, market trends, competitor analysis, and software tools.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in any field is required.
• Highly comfortable learning new software quickly, with experience in video editing software (e.g., Premiere, CapCut, Final Cut).
• Strong logical thinking skills and the ability to make sound business decisions.
• Exceptional written and spoken English skills for drafting emails and compiling R&D reports.
