[Hiring] Executive Assistant to the CEO @Opus Connect

Role Description

You will support the CEO directly, across two workstreams:

• Executive Support:
  • Manage the CEO's calendar and daily prioritization.
  • Handle correspondence and act as the point of contact between the CEO and both internal colleagues and external members.
  • Ensure that tasks mentioned by the CEO are followed through.
• AI Workflows:
  • Check on AI agents and automated workflows daily or twice-daily.
  • Catch errors, stalls, and outputs needing human review.
  • Run mail merge campaigns from the CEO's outreach account and execute follow-up rounds.
  • Keep HubSpot and related documentation current.
  • Provide backup to other admin functions as needed.

Qualifications

• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Prior experience supporting an executive directly.
• A completed four-year degree.
• Genuine hands-on comfort with AI tools.
• Experience with mail merge tools and a CRM (HubSpot is a plus).
• Discretion in handling sensitive information.
• Reliable equipment and internet, with a working day that overlaps United States business hours.
• Useful but not required: exposure to automation platforms like Zapier or Make, bilingual in English and Spanish, and any background or interest in M&A, private equity, or membership organizations.

Requirements

• Ability to draft and send messages to US-based executives.
• Aptitude and curiosity in using AI tools.
• Ability to manage tasks independently and proactively.
