[Hiring] Everyday Consumers: Interview on Digital App Experiences @Terac

Role Description

We're running a paid study on how people navigate common digital platforms and complete everyday online tasks. Your feedback helps us understand where current user interfaces succeed and where they cause friction. This research directly informs how we design more intuitive digital experiences for general audiences.

You will participate in a remote, AI-moderated interview from your computer or smartphone. During the session, you will be asked to complete a few simple tasks on a digital platform and answer questions about your experience. We will ask you to share your thoughts openly as you navigate the interface. Finally, you will provide overall impressions on what worked well and what could be improved.

Qualifications

• Regular user of everyday digital applications or websites.
• Comfortable sharing your thoughts and experiences openly.
• Access to a reliable internet connection and a device with a microphone.

Requirements

• Complete a series of simple tasks on a digital platform or website.
• Answer questions about your experience and thought process.
• Share your honest opinions on the usability of the interface.
• Provide feedback on what features you find most and least helpful.
