[Hiring] Event Success Manager @EventMobi

Role Description

EventMobi is a remote-first company and this is a fully remote position. You may reside anywhere in Canada provided you are able to accommodate Eastern time working hours.

As an Event Success Manager at EventMobi, you’ll play a key role in empowering our customers’ success. Acting as their strategic advisor, you’ll spend your days proactively educating, onboarding, strategizing, problem-solving, and implementing cutting-edge technology and production solutions for our top-tier clients. Collaboration is at the heart of your role—you’ll work closely with our Account Management, Product, and Customer Support teams to ensure our customers not only love using EventMobi but return year after year.

What Your Work Will Focus On

• Serve as a trusted partner and strategic advisor to professional event planners and marketers at large corporations and associations.
• Lead customer onboarding, strategy sessions, and relationship-building to drive adoption and value generation from EventMobi products.
• Guide customers through technical product training with an events-first mindset.
• Manage full-service event contracts end-to-end, overseeing multiple concurrent events.
• Lead proactive project management across the entire event lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate requirements and resolve issues.
• Monitor customer health and success metrics, identify risks early, and take action.
• Conduct regular customer touchpoints including strategy sessions and quarterly reviews.
• Maintain accurate account, project, and communication records in HubSpot and internal tools.
• Support live events as needed, including occasional evenings, weekends, or travel.
• Share customer feedback and improvement ideas with internal teams.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience planning or coordinating professional B2B events.
• Demonstrated experience using event technology — registration platforms, event apps, or virtual event platforms.
• A genuine interest in technology and its impact on the events industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Top-notch organizational skills.
• An empathetic, problem-solving mindset.

Nice to Have

• 2-year college diploma or 4-year degree in hospitality or events management.
• Experience working with HubSpot, Salesforce, or other CRMs.
• Previous experience supporting customer onboarding for technical products or SaaS platforms.
