Role Description

The Event Specialist will provide temporary support for five upcoming corporate events, including Sales Kickoff (SKO), Cornerstone Connect, and EMEA tradeshows taking place from January through March 2027.

• Provide temporary support for five upcoming corporate events, including Sales Kickoff (SKO), Cornerstone Connect, and EMEA tradeshows.
• Submit Event Team VER tickets and purchase orders (POs).
• Provide inbox support for Events (Connect and SKO) and Sponsorships, checking inboxes daily and responding to inquiries or redirecting them to the appropriate contact for a quick response.
• Support the processing of Connect and SKO partner sponsor contracts, ensuring billing and reporting are accurate and up to date.
• Support EMEA tradeshows, including logistics, staffing, and preparation:
  • Learning Technologies Paris – January 2027
  • LEARNTEC Germany – February 2027
  • Learning Technologies UK – May 2027
• Oversee and obtain Connect and SKO sponsor deliverables, including:
  • Company logo
  • Company description
  • Website
  • Signage messaging
  • Production materials

Qualifications

• Previous experience in events, marketing, sponsorships, or event operations.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage several priorities and deadlines at the same time.
• Excellent attention to detail, particularly when working with contracts, invoices, reporting, and event materials.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable coordinating with different internal teams, external partners, and sponsors.
• Proactive and comfortable following up to keep projects moving.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with a wider events and marketing team.
• Experience supporting corporate events, conferences, or tradeshows would be a plus.
