[Hiring] Event Manager @Archlet

Role Description

We are looking for a hands-on and well-organized Events Manager to own Archlet's event presence end to end - from the trade fairs and industry conferences we attend to 'Archlet Elevate', our own global flagship event for procurement leaders. You enjoy turning ideas into flawless experiences, juggling many moving parts at once, and working closely with sales and marketing to make every event count for the pipeline.

• Own the annual events calendar together with the sales and marketing team, and help decide which fairs and conferences we attend.
• Plan and run our trade fair and conference presence end to end: booth booking, design and logistics, materials, merchandise, travel, and staffing.
• Own 'Archlet Elevate', our own event; from concept, agenda, and speaker management to venue, catering, partners, and on-site execution.
• Organize smaller formats such as customer dinners, roundtables, and webinars.
• Manage Archlet's event budget.
• Work closely with sales to drive pre-event outreach, book meetings on-site, and make sure every lead is followed up.
• Coordinate event communication with marketing - invitations, landing pages, social media, and post-event content.
• Track and report event performance.
• Build templates, checklists, and processes that make our events repeatable and scalable.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar event management role, ideally in B2B, SaaS, an agency, or a fast-paced environment.
• Experience organizing trade fair appearances and/or running your own events from start to finish.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure.
• Strong project management and budgeting skills.
• Confident working with HubSpot or a similar CRM, as well as Excel and PowerPoint, and LLMs.
• Proactive and reliable, and ready to take ownership.
• Clear, professional communicator in English, written and spoken.
• Happy to travel and occasionally work outside regular hours around events.
• Interest in B2B marketing, and curious about procurement and how SaaS companies grow.
