Role Description

The Event Assistant plays a key supporting role in our operations team to ensure we provide world-class experiences across our events. Working closely with our Event Managers, this hands-on role supports planning, setup, live event delivery, and breakdown. It is suited to someone energetic, proactive, organised, and ready to get stuck in when needed.

Qualifications

• Full, clean UK driving licence (required due to extensive travel to event sites).
• Flexible, adaptable, and calm under pressure.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to take a hands-on approach.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
• Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Reliable, honest, and able to maintain high personal standards.
• Attention to detail with good organisational skills.
• Willing and able to travel extensively and stay away from home, including weekends.
• Positive attitude and desire for personal development.

Requirements

• Experience in events, hospitality, retail operations, or logistics.
• Familiarity with greenfield event environments (e.g., festivals, outdoor sporting events).
• Basic understanding of food & beverage or bar operations.
