Role Description

The Epic Professional Billing (PB) Analyst is responsible for the design, analysis, configuration, testing, implementation, maintenance, optimization, and support of Epic applications and related technologies. This role partners closely with operational leaders, clinical and revenue cycle stakeholders, and end users to ensure Epic solutions effectively support organizational goals and business objectives.

The Epic PB Analyst serves as a subject matter expert for assigned Epic applications, promotes adherence to documentation and build standards, and contributes to system enhancements, upgrades, issue resolution, and ongoing application support. Success in this role requires strong analytical skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to communicate effectively across technical and operational teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in information technology or healthcare related field preferred.
• Must have relevant IT or healthcare experience using Epic EMR.
• Senior Epic Analyst: 6 or more years of experience working with Epic (or 2 years in a certified Epic analyst role).

Benefits
