[Hiring] Epic Application Architect @Impact Advisors

Role Description

Impact Advisors is seeking dynamic and motivated Epic Ambulatory/Healthy Planet/Compass Rose Application Architects to join our Application Management Services (AMS) team. In this role you will:

• Act as a leader in your application area, demonstrating expert technical skills for your application.
• Provide regular mentorship to ensure the success of their application team.
• Oversee the quality of work product for your application and others.
• Consult on and provide solutions that consider upstream, downstream, and enterprise effects of changes made within the system.
• Interact regularly with leaders at your assigned clients.
• Contribute to engagement strategy and are accountable to the success of your assigned engagements.

Qualifications

• Epic Ambulatory Certification
• Epic Healthy Planet Certification
• Epic Compass Rose Certification
• Proven experience managing Epic implementations.
• Ability to interact with all levels of healthcare professionals and staff in one-on-one and group settings.
• Plan, budget, communicate issues and risks.

Requirements

• Ability to travel up to 25%, as needed.
• Work schedule is typically M-F.

Benefits

• Salary range of $130,000 - $140,000.
• May be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
• For salaried positions, may also be eligible for an annual performance bonus.
• Additional benefits and perks may also be available, depending on the position and employment terms.
