Role Description

• Inbox Management: Sort emails, draft routine replies, and organize folders.
• Calendar Management: Coordinate schedules, book appointments, and set reminders using tools like Google Calendar or Calendarly.
• Data Entry: Input accurate information into spreadsheets, databases, or digital invoices.
• Customer Support: Answer basic inquiries via email, chat, or social media direct messages.
• Research & Logistics: Conduct simple web research and help compare or book travel arrangements.

Qualifications

• Technical Literacy: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and video conferencing tools.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Organization: High attention to detail and strong time-management skills to juggle multiple tasks independently.
