Role Description
As an Enterprise Consultant at Hapi, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation and adoption of our suite of data connectivity products. You will act as a trusted advisor to our enterprise clients, partnering with their internal teams to understand their unique requirements and drive successful project outcomes. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, client relationship management, and project coordination skills.
We are a global, remote organization, so the position may be located anywhere in the world but must have the ability to work on US time zones.
- Become a subject matter expert on the Hapi family of products, including learning, operating, and providing ongoing support.
- Stay up-to-date on product updates and new features.
- Partner closely with clients' internal teams to understand their business needs, technical requirements, and priorities thoroughly.
- Conduct discovery sessions and workshops to gather and document client requirements.
- Proactively identify potential roadblocks and propose effective solutions.
- Collaborate with internal and external project teams (developers, engineers, project managers) to define project scope, tasks, and timelines.
- Coordinate and execute project tasks, ensuring timely and successful project delivery.
- Track project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Write and maintain clear, concise, and accurate technical documentation, including implementation guides, user manuals, and knowledge base articles.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations, effectively communicating technical concepts and project updates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders.
- Provide expert guidance and support to clients throughout the implementation process.
- Assist with other duties as required to support the overall success of the team and the company.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration) or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in a consulting or client-facing role, preferably within the technology or hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of enterprise software and data integration concepts.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies.
- Strong technical writing skills.
- Experience with cloud-based platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong familiarity with PMS, POS, CRM, Loyalty, and other such Hospitality Technology Solutions.
