Role Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for processing payments for Employment Networks (ENs) under the Social Security Ticket to Work Program. Key responsibilities include:

• Providing instructions to ENs about their payments and distribution.
• Delivering information to ENs with professionalism, precision, and an appropriate sense of urgency.
• Working closely with the Sr. Payment Specialist to ensure all deliverables are accomplished.
• Responding to EN Payment inquiries regarding the status of payments and clarification of policy.
• Assisting in processing EN Payments.
• Evaluating and reviewing all reimbursement requests and costs by ENs and SVRAs to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient compensation.
• Assisting in creating automated payments utilizing the iTOPSS system.
• Adhering to performance requirements.
• Providing ENs with updates to ensure compliance with timeline expectations.
• Making ENs aware of other services and actions that may lead to greater success.
• Keeping up on trends, changes, and competitor actions that might affect payments.
• Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
• Maintaining quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
• Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, benchmarking state-of-the-art practices, and participating in professional societies.

Education

• High School diploma.
• BS or BA preferred.
