[Hiring] E-Commerce & Digital Booking Support Specialist @Safe Harbors Business Travel

Role Description

Safe Harbors Business Travel is hiring an E-Commerce & Digital Booking Support Specialist to serve as a hands-on technical resource for our corporate online booking tools, currently Concur and Atriis. You'll be the bridge between our corporate travel clients and internal teams — keeping these platforms running smoothly, well-documented, and continuously improving as our toolset evolves.

• Configure, test, and maintain our corporate online booking tools (currently Concur and Atriis), rolling out updates and new features with minimal disruption to client accounts.
• Serve as a front-line technical resource for client inquiries, resolving system and booking issues over email and phone in a timely, professional manner.
• Own documentation for our online booking tools and related processes, keeping departments aligned as products and procedures evolve.
• Partner with Account Management and Implementation teams to support existing client accounts through their online booking tools.
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to keep e-commerce services running efficiently.
• Manage client profiles within our online booking tools, including manual updates and bulk upload processes.
• Load and validate client-preferred vendor rates within our online booking tools.
• Deliver training to clients on platform updates and best practices — in person, via webinar, or through written guides.
• Analyze client usage and performance data to identify friction points and opportunities to improve the client experience.
• Look for opportunities to streamline fulfillment workflows and reduce operational costs.
• Help evaluate and support the rollout of additional online booking tools as our platform lineup grows.
• Travel up to 10% as business needs require.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Certification or hands-on administration experience with at least one corporate online booking tool (e.g., Concur, Atriis, or similar).
• 2+ years of experience in an e-commerce or digital operations role.
• 3+ years working within the travel agency industry preferred.
• Comfortable with core Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities under deadline pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across varied audiences.
• A self-directed approach — comfortable testing solutions, evaluating results, and reporting outcomes independently.
• Detail-oriented without sacrificing speed or quality.
• Proven ability to collaborate across teams; this role has no direct reports.
