As a Major Loss Field Adjuster, you will:

• Manage high-value domestic property claims from instruction through to completion.
• Ensure the highest standards of customer satisfaction and cost-effective resolution.
• Meet customers face-to-face in a field-based role.
• Reside in or around the Hampshire & Sussex area to service this region.
• Enjoy the freedom and trust to manage your claims from cradle to grave.

Qualifications

• High-Value Claims Experience: Ideally, experience with claims around £100,000; experience over £50,000 is also considered.
• Professional Growth: Minimum qualification of Cert CII or CILA required; aiming for Dip CII is a plus.
• Technical Know-How: Deep understanding of insurance principles, subrogation, underwriting practices, and ABI report writing.
• Building Practices Insight: Knowledge of building practices and regulations for property reinstatements and tendering processes.
• Customer Focus: Proven track record of managing claims from cradle to grave with customer satisfaction at the forefront.
