[Hiring] DocuSign Workflow Manager @Sumsub

Role Description

We are looking for a DocuSign Workflow Manager to manage and improve our CLM and e-Signature workflows in DocuSign and support financial documentation processes.

• Configure and maintain DocuSign CLM workflows, Document Generation Forms, and templates, including conditional routing, approvals, and automated reminders.
• Diagnose routing, field-mapping, template, signature, and integration issues, coordinating with developers when required.
• Gather requirements from internal teams and translate them into clear system improvements.
• Develop and maintain processes for preparing, verifying, categorizing, and archiving financial documents.
• Maintain documentation on workflows, templates, and system changes.
• Train internal users on DocuSign processes and best practices.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with DocuSign workflow configuration, template management, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with DocuSign CLM and e-Signature is a strong advantage.
• Proven ability to build and improve document management processes.
• Experience gathering requirements and working with developers or external vendors.
• Strong logical thinking, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and confidence training non-technical users.
• Fluent English.
