    • Lead operational P&L performance and ensure consistent follow-up on budget variances, write-downs, problem accounts, and project-level financial risks.
    • Prepare and support annual division budget workbooks, staff raise and bonus inputs, acquired firm budget reviews, and other requested planning materials.
  • Operational Excellence and Project Oversight
    • Provide operational oversight for a diverse portfolio of civil engineering (water/wastewater treatment, general civil, water resources, transportation), environmental and consulting projects in Idaho, Utah, Wyoming, and Montana.

    • Review and approve staffing actions such as postings, promotions, title changes, mid-cycle adjustments, and other personnel requests within delegated authority.
    • Manage assigned direct reports, which may include office leaders, service line leaders, senior project managers, and other division leadership roles.
    • Lead performance management, mentoring, coaching, training, personnel issue management, succession planning, and leadership development across the division.
