Role Description

• Grow Amazing People: Recruit, develop, and inspire top talent. You’ll create a pipeline of future leaders, provide feedback that matters, and make sure every manager has the tools to succeed.
• Drive Operational Excellence: Visit restaurants, coach teams, and raise the bar on quality, service and cleanliness. You’ll spot opportunities and implement improvements that make a real difference. Overseeing a group of around 5 restaurants.
• Boost Profitability: Hit budgets, beat last year's numbers and keep costs in check. You’ll analyze P&L’s, support marketing initiatives and ensure every guest leaves happy.
• Champion Safety & Compliance: Protect our brand by enforcing health and safety standards. You’ll audit, coach and retrain where needed – because safety is non-negotiable.
• Lead with Impact: Take on special projects and other duties that keep our business moving forward.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in multi-site restaurant management.
• A proven track record of building great teams and being hands-on when needed.
• A 45-hour week with availability across all day parts and weekends.
• Bonus Points: Experience opening new sites and solving complex problems.
