Role Description

The Director of Professional Services is a business solutions thought leader at CDW. The DPS is accountable for leading the Security Cyber & Physical Professional Services teams in the achievement of CDW Technologies financials, team utilization and individual revenue targets, overall coworker retention and upward mobility, and customer satisfaction targets around delivery excellence.

To realize these targets, the DPS will be responsible for ensuring that professional services is running at peak performance, driving strong customer focus, aligned with market demand, developing services coworkers to align to that market demand, working closely with our sales teams and enabling efficiencies in operations in collaboration with our Services & Solutions centralized Operations team.

This position will also work closely with other teams within CDW, including:

• Partner & Program Management (PPM)
• Legal and Contracting
• PSM teams
• Coworker Services (CWS)
• Sales
• S&S Presales
• Configuration Services
• Managed Services
• Revenue Operations (RevOps)
• Enterprise Business Operations (EBO)

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in professional services
• Strong understanding of security services and market demand
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience in managing teams and driving performance
• Ability to collaborate across multiple departments

Requirements

• Monitor, measure and achieve customer satisfaction targets
• Establish and cultivate relationships with customer decision makers
• Lead collaboration with Sales and Presales on customer strategies
• Conduct customer loyalty meetings for top services customers
• Validate and approve services pricing and contracts
• Ensure operational best practices in service delivery
• Drive continuous improvement within the Professional Services team
• Manage Senior Managers and their respective teams
• Provide accurate and timely communication with teams
• Attract, recruit and retain top Professional Services talent

Benefits

• Pay range: $174,000 - $233,600 depending on experience and skill set
• Annual bonus target of 25% subject to terms and conditions of plan
