[Hiring] Director, OT/IoT Security Services @GuidePoint Security

Role Description

GuidePoint Security is hiring a Director, OT/IoT Security Services to lead a team that protects industrial systems in critical infrastructure sectors.

• Report to the SVP of Offensive Security and own the practice: team, service catalog, delivery quality, and P&L.
• Spend most of your time with engineers and clients, serving as the senior escalation point for complex issues.
• Support regional sales teams, other GuidePoint Security practices, and technology partners.
• Ensure quick turnaround for scopes and pricing, while maintaining safety and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• BS/BA + 7-10 years of experience OR MS/MA + 5-12 years of experience.
• 5+ years leading people managers on OT/IoT security delivery or consulting teams.
• Experience developing engineers into consultants, presales contributors, or leaders.
• CISSP, GICSP, or GRID, or equivalent experience.

Requirements

• Embrace emerging technologies, including AI tools, to enhance business outcomes.
• Build a mentorship program for new OT engineers.
• Standardize practice operations with shared templates and delivery playbooks.
• Own financials: bookings, revenue, delivery margin, utilization, and operating costs.
• Support a growing service catalog including OT assessments and vulnerability management.
• Manage the OT lab for training and presales activities.
• Represent the practice in the OT security community through speaking and writing.
