Role Description

As Director of Solutions Engineering, you will lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of Solutions Engineers across North America, driving technical excellence throughout the customer lifecycle and enabling commercial success through strategic customer engagement.

• Partner closely with Sales leadership to shape winning presales strategies and support complex enterprise opportunities.
• Ensure customers clearly understand the business value and impact of GBG's solutions.
• Develop and coach top technical talent, establish presales best practices, and evolve the function through the thoughtful adoption of AI-enabled tools, methodologies, and processes.

Qualifications

• Proven success leading, coaching, and developing high-performing Presales or Solutions Engineering professionals.
• Proven experience within Identity Verification, Fraud Prevention, Risk, Financial Services, FinTech, Credit, or closely related technology markets.
• Strong executive presence with exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Deep expertise in presales methodologies, technical discovery, solution positioning, and customer engagement.
• Ability to serve as a strategic advisor to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools to increase productivity and enhance customer engagement.
• Strong ability to bridge customer challenges, business objectives, and technical solutions.
• A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with a demonstrated ability to lead initiatives and deliver results.
• Proven ability to recruit, develop, retain, and inspire top technical talent.

Requirements

• This is a remote position with a strong preference for candidates in the Atlanta metropolitan area.
• Travel for customer visits, team collaboration, and stakeholder meetings may be required (estimated up to 40%).
