[Hiring] Director of Purposeful Growth @The Lighthouse Sydney

Role Description

Are you ready to bring your career and your inner growth into true alignment? Real leadership comes from personal expansion, and the conventional corporate world can sometimes hold you back from reaching your fullest potential. We're looking for growth-oriented executives and accomplished professionals ready to take ownership of their time, their income, and their global impact. This independent, self-employed partnership gives you a structured framework to build and scale your own high-value venture within the purposeful growth and personal development space.

This is a remote, independent path built for self-directed professionals. You'll operate as a self-driven partner inside an established global organisation, one that provides the business infrastructure while you bring the strategic vision and drive. This performance-based opportunity suits those seeking genuine professional autonomy, financial freedom, and a business model built around their own values.

• Lead by Example: Stay committed to your own ongoing growth and self-mastery.
• Drive Targeted Outreach: Put direct marketing strategies into action to connect with senior professionals, entrepreneurs, and business leaders ready for change.
• Hold High-Level Conversations: Meet with prospective partners and clients, understand their needs, and point them toward the right growth solutions.
• Support and Develop Others: Offer meaningful guidance to those exploring an independent business path of their own.
• Stay Engaged with the Community: Take part in global masterminds, live training, and collaborative events to keep growing alongside others.

Qualifications

• Proven Leadership Experience: 6+ years in corporate leadership, management, HR, marketing, or as a business owner.
• A Growth-Oriented Mindset: A genuine, existing passion for personal growth, mindful leadership, and human potential.
• Independent Drive: Strong self-discipline and professional independence.
• Strong Emotional Intelligence: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A Grounded Presence: The ability to stay calm, on-purpose, and composed in a fast-moving, independent business environment.

Benefits

• Financial Freedom: A performance-based compensation structure with strong profit margins.
• Genuine Autonomy: No micromanagement, no arbitrary targets, no ceilings.
• A Global Network: Join a community of like-minded, high-performing leaders.
• Built-In Support: Full access to established product suites, systems, and ongoing daily training.
