Role Description

Sentara Health is seeking a Director of Enterprise Identity and Digital Trust to lead the continued growth and increasing complexity of its Identity Program. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with experience in a healthcare environment.

The Director will build scalable, automated, and policy-driven programs that reduce risk, strengthen compliance, and enable secure digital transformation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8 years of relevant experience or 10 years relevant experience in lieu of Bachelor's degree
• 5 years of relevant leadership in enterprise environment (Required)

Requirements

• Deep expertise in Identity lifecycle management and Identity Governance and Administration (IGA)
• Non-Human Identity (NHI) strategy
• Privileged Access Management (PAM)
• Authentication and authorization
• Zero Trust principles aligned with NIST and recognized cybersecurity frameworks
• Proven success in leading team transformations
• Strong Project Management and Communication Skills

• Base pay range for full-time employment: $202,030.40 - $322,275.20 annually
