[Hiring] Developer Relations and Community Manager @Axelera AI

Role Description

As a Developer Relations and Community Manager at Axelera AI, you will be responsible for growing the developer base using Axelera technologies in the industry. Your primary focus will be on building trust and credibility within our growing developer and customer community — both within the Axelera AI community and within relevant and established third-party developer platforms.

• Act as the primary point of contact across our community platform, GitHub, and social channels.
• Respond to technical questions, moderate discussions, and assist developers with debugging real deployments.
• Develop and share content that resonates with a technical audience.
• Maintain relationships with key influencers, edge AI leaders, and power users.
• Organize and host community events, webinars, and meetups.
• Showcase Voyager SDK and Metis AIPU capabilities to the community.
• Grow the community organically while maintaining a healthy forum.
• Track community engagement and health metrics.
• Encourage contributions to Voyager SDK and highlight community-built solutions.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of the AI hardware landscape.
• Existing presence or credibility within AI/developer communities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable in developer-facing platforms and community management tooling.
• Demonstrated fluency with modern AI tools.
• Good working understanding of the software/SDK development lifecycle.
• Experience with or genuine interest in the maker community.
• Genuine interest in supporting a technical, self-sustaining community.
• Able to design and execute community strategies that drive engagement.
• Comfortable working with engagement data and metrics.
