[Hiring] Demo Engineer @Qualtrics

Role Description

As a Demo Engineer you will assist in designing, building, and communicating scalable solutions on the Qualtrics XM platform. This may include demo resources such as:

• Dashboards
• Surveys
• Integrations
• Scripts
• Videos
• Presentations

You will also assist in administering proof of concepts (POCs) for potential customers by:

• Uploading their data into a project
• Building initial dashboards and analytics to be presented back to the prospect

Additionally, you will assist in documenting instructions for value selling key features, integrations, or solutions in Qualtrics that can enable others in the organization to more easily demonstrate, understand, and sell our capabilities. You may also be invited to assist the Solution Engineers with customer facing presentations and in answering RFPs, RFIs, Security Questionnaires and other related inquiries during the sales process.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of prior Product Specialist, Technical Account Management, Sales, Systems Engineering, or Solution Architect experience with software in a SaaS/Cloud environment
• Undergraduate degree (E.g. Marketing, Business, Human Resources Management, Organizational Behavior, Organizational Leadership, Psychology, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or other quantitative field)
• Strong academic performance

Requirements

• High energy, self-starter comfortable with ambiguity in entrepreneurial environments
• Ability to explain and resolve common technical aspects of SaaS software, including security, protocols for APIs, SLAs, email/communication specifications, etc.
• Strong customer facing and relationship building skills
• Outstanding professional, sales, and technical capabilities
• Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills: needs analysis, positioning, business justification, and closing techniques
• Demonstrated strong teamwork and ability to collaborate with others while encouraging both individual and team accomplishments
