Role Description
This role involves working as a Data Entry Specialist with opportunities to learn QuickBooks Online (QBO) and other accounting applications.
- Work 20-30 hours per week, between 8 am - 8 pm
- Fully remote with semi-flexible hours
- Download financial statements, enter transactions, reconcile bank accounts, and perform basic financial reviews
- Must be motivated, hardworking, and able to respond promptly to emails and messages from the team
- Work well with others and be a problem solver
- Willing to work independently to find solutions and share with others
- Growth potential for those who show initiative, are organized, have an eye for detail, critical thinking skills, and are great team players
Qualifications
- Self-motivated and highly skilled accountant
- Ability to balance career with other life commitments
Requirements
- Currently hiring in Utah, Idaho, Nevada, Colorado, Texas, Oklahoma, and Montana
