Role Description

Cybersecurity is more than just firewalls and antivirus programs – you make IT security a real shield! In our team, you will develop security strategies, fend off threats, and ensure the smooth operation of our security architecture. Become part of our mission and make more of it!

Develop the IT (security) strategy with the team and ensure the implementation of measures
Ensure the operation of the security architecture with your colleagues and service providers (e.g., SIEM, NAC, Endpoint Protection, Identity Protection)
Support audits and penetration tests, analyze results, and derive actions for the IT organization
Regularly review security measures, frameworks, and tools for their effectiveness
Identify optimization potentials in the security architecture and implement improvements in projects
Process security-related incidents within the incident response processes and ensure their clarification

Qualifications

Training in system integration, MINT studies, or comparable qualification
Several years of experience in IT security, ideally in incident response or security operations
Solid knowledge in at least one of the following areas:
- Operation of IT security tools (e.g., SIEM, EDR, NAC)
- Windows and Mac OS environments (Client & Server)
- Virtualization (HyperV, VMware)
- Network security and firewalls (Fortigate, Juniper)
- Cloud security (Azure, AWS, GCP)
Experience with vulnerability management, security monitoring, and forensics
Structured and analytical working style as well as problem-solving skills
Very good German and good English skills
