Role Description

Essential Anesthesia Management is adding a provider to our STRIKE FORCE team of highly experienced CRNAs. Clinically skilled members of this select team will be uniquely chartered with onboarding newly contracted facilities and providing as needed coverage to existing sites.

  • Providers need to be flexible, amicable, and able to perform at the top of their license in a variety of settings.
  • During new location transition periods, team members will help optimize staffing models, ensure a smooth charge capture process, and champion systems to increase efficiencies.
  • Team members will assist in identifying ways to increase efficiency, morale, retention, and recruitment at existing locations.
  • Facilitating a great work environment for all anesthesia providers is a priority for EH/YPS.
  • Team members must have a customer service first mindset with facility administrators, surgeons, ancillary staff, and patients.

Qualifications

  • Must possess all the skills required to function independently or lead within a team environment.
  • Self-driven provider looking to enhance the impact on patients and facilities.

Requirements

  • High level of job satisfaction.
  • Tremendous flexibility in work schedule.
  • Top of market compensation structure with a guarantee of $1600 per day.
