Role Description
Join our dynamic team as a CRM Administrator (Hubspot) and help shape the future of our innovative Scaling Product. Bring your skills and creativity to a collaborative environment where your ideas and contributions truly matter.
- Support the Services team in defining business requirements during project scoping
- Implement HubSpot automation across all Hubs
- Collect and analyse data to provide valuable insights for project support
- Manage project timelines and key stakeholders to ensure project delivery aligns with expectations
- Assist in HubSpot account setup tasks
- Configure HubSpot portals
- Create and manage properties or pipelines based on project spreadsheets
- Handle data synchronisation and curation
- Collaborate with development and project teams to implement workflows, ensuring operational efficiency
- Provide progress reports on project status
Qualifications
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, MS Dynamics, Salesforce, etc. in configuration and implementation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly collaborative, with a strong attention to detail
- Previous experience in analytics and data modeling
- Demonstrable evidence of successful project delivery
- High level of customer centricity
- Experience in integrating marketing automation and CRM solutions is highly desirable
- Fast learner
Requirements
- Direct experience with HubSpot integrations
- Strong background in backend development
- Familiarity with UI and UX components
- Excellent client management skills
