Role Description

BackOffice Associates, LLC d/b/a Syniti has multiple openings for the position of Consultant based out of its location in Omaha, NE.

• Deliver technology and business solutions to clients across multiple industries, including Financial Services, Pharma & Life Sciences, Manufacturing, and Utilities.
• Analyze client business processes and system requirements to design appropriate solutions.
• Apply industry best practices to solution design and implementation.
• Configure and adapt technology solutions to meet client-specific needs.
• Ensure delivered solutions align with functional and technical requirements.
• Conduct detailed requirements analysis in collaboration with client stakeholders.
• Perform data analysis to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and improvement opportunities.
• Create analytical reports to support decision-making and solution validation.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Validate data and requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assist in the customization and configuration of technology solutions.
• Support system setup, testing, and validation activities.
• Collaborate with technical and functional teams during implementation phases.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of configured solution components.
• Resolve configuration issues identified during testing and client review.
• Work closely with other consultants on customer sites as part of small to large project teams.
• This position is 100% remote and can be performed from any home office in the United States.
• The role reports to office in Omaha, NE.
• The role requires 10% domestic travel to various locations that cannot be anticipated to participate in meetings with clients, kick-offs, and project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related analytical or technical field.
• 3 years of experience in data migration, data governance, or related data-focused roles.

Requirements

• Three years of experience participating as a team member on consulting or technology implementation projects.
• ERP Implementation: Experience participating in at least one full ERP implementation lifecycle.
• Database and Querying: Experience using Microsoft SQL Server, including writing SQL queries, understanding table structures and working with relational database concepts.
• Data Analysis: Experience performing data quality analysis, conducting statistical analysis using defined methodologies or tools.
• Experience mining and analyzing transactional electronic data.
• Project execution/Technical Delivery: Experience performing requirements analysis.
• Experience performing data analysis for business or technology projects.
• Experience creating data or analytic reports using structured datasets.
• Experience supporting the customization or configuration of technology solutions.
