Role Description

We are looking for construction veterans to join us. You act as the bridge between a head contractor's operational problem and a working AI solution. Instead of just offering a referral, you lead the strategy. You provide the construction expertise and the roadmap. We provide the AI engineering and automated internal agents to make that roadmap a reality.

Qualifications

• Understanding of specific pain points in construction operations
• Experience consulting for mid-tier construction businesses
• Previous roles as a Contract Administrator, Commercial Analyst, or Finance Manager
• Familiarity with systems like Procore, JobPac, or Cheops
• Knowledge of head contractors operating in the $5M to $20M revenue range

Requirements

• Ability to identify bottlenecks in project finance
• Experience in managing budgets and running successful jobs
• Willingness to escape site demands and project pressure
• Desire to sell scalable solutions instead of just time
