[Hiring] Commercial Insurance Account Manager @EPIC Brokers

Role Description

This team is based in Nashville, TN & all work from home, but come into the office as needed for team & client meetings. The team works hard & plays hard; their teamwork & culture is a huge part of their success. They work on all lines of commercial insurance and their specialty is working with entertainment industry clients. The role of the commercial insurance account manager is to participate in the production of new and renewal business and to provide a high level of client service to new and existing clients.

Qualifications

• Strong, professional communication skills – both written and verbal.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to learn and understand software systems quickly.
• At least 5+ years of commercial insurance account management experience.
• Current property & casualty license.
• Entertainment industry experience is nice to have but not required.
• Ability to adapt well to priority changes and deadlines.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to provide solutions to client questions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree Preferred.
• Current P&C License.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in this role or similar role.
• Ability to maintain a high level of visual attention and mental concentration for significant periods of time.
• Ability to solve complex problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where some standardization exists.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret insurance data.
• Ability to understand, interpret and implement procedures.
