[Hiring] Commercial Fence Estimator @Agent

Role Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Commercial Fence Estimator with experience estimating U.S. commercial construction projects. This role is responsible for:

• Reviewing civil and landscape plans
• Preparing accurate material takeoffs
• Supporting the estimating and pre-construction process from bid preparation through project handoff

The ideal candidate is highly proficient in Bluebeam, experienced in reading civil and landscape plan sets, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience estimating U.S. commercial construction projects
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred
• Strong ability to read and interpret civil and landscape plans
• Advanced proficiency with Bluebeam
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Able to work full-time during U.S. Central Time

Requirements

• Perform accurate material takeoffs from civil and landscape plan sets
• Review drawings, specifications, and bid documents to identify fencing scopes
• Mark up plans using Bluebeam for estimating and project review
• Prepare estimates using company pricing and estimating systems
• Compile estimating data into TRUE estimating software or similar platforms
• Assist with submittals, RFIs, and other pre-construction documentation for awarded projects
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and subcontractors as needed
• Maintain organized estimating files and meet project deadlines
