Role Description

We're looking for organized, dependable individuals to help manage client requests, scheduling, follow-up, and travel-related coordination in a remote environment. As a Remote Client Operations Specialist, you'll help keep client information accurate, track important updates, and support reservations, accommodations, transportation, activities, and itinerary details when needed. Previous experience is not required. Training and ongoing support are provided.

• Coordinate client requests, schedules, and confirmations
• Track updates, deadlines, and pending items
• Maintain accurate client and planning records
• Assist with reservation and itinerary details
• Organize accommodation, transportation, and activity information
• Provide updates and follow up with clients
• Help manage changes or special requests
• Research options when additional coordination is needed

Qualifications

• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Clear, professional communication
• Reliable follow-through
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Comfort working independently
• Familiarity with email and online systems
• Problem-solving skills
• Adaptability when plans change
• Experience in operations, customer service, hospitality, reservations, scheduling, administration, or client support can be helpful, but it is not required.
