[Hiring] Chief of Staff @Boltz

Role Description

As Chief of Staff, you will act as a force multiplier for the CEO and leadership team, building the operational backbone that enables Boltz to scale its go-to-market efforts.

• You will own planning cadence, KPI infrastructure, board and investor materials, and cross-functional coordination.
• This role sits across all GTM motions, ensuring alignment and execution as the company grows.
• You will operate in highly ambiguous environments, structuring information, building processes from scratch, and helping leadership make better, faster decisions.

Qualifications

• 2-6 years of experience in VC, consulting, or a high-growth technology company
• Strong analytical and structured thinking skills
• Excellent written communication — able to synthesize complex information clearly
• Experience building processes, dashboards, and reporting systems
• Comfortable operating without a predefined scope

Requirements

• Background in life sciences or biotech (nice to have)
• Experience supporting founders or senior executives (nice to have)
• Exposure to scaling GTM functions (nice to have)
