Role Description

Our team brings deep expertise across electric power markets, project development, and software development, positioning us as trusted experts in this rapidly evolving market. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Chief of Staff to work alongside our leadership team to drive strategic initiatives, optimize operations, and enhance decision making across the company. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high growth environment, is a self starter, and is a data-driven problem solver.

  • CEO and Leadership Support: Serve as a strategic partner to our CEO and COO, helping prioritize initiatives and drive execution. Responsibilities include preparing meeting materials and coordinating communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strategic Projects and Program Management: Drive high-impact initiatives and cross-functional programs that support the company’s growth and efficiency. Ensure projects stay aligned with business goals, meet deadlines, and deliver measurable results.
  • Business Operations: Oversee day-to-day operations, optimizing workflows, streamlining internal processes, and ensuring that teams have the resources they need to operate effectively.
  • People Operations: Shape and maintain a positive, high-performing workplace culture by overseeing all aspects of the employee experience, including full-cycle recruiting and team collaboration initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in operations, project management, or program management.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to break down complex problems and drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and external stakeholders.
  • Experience working at an early-stage startup or a new business unit within an established company.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with compliance and vendor management, including working with legal, finance, and external partners.
  • Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., Box, Slack, Airtable, etc.).

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a Chief of Staff or similar role.
  • Experience with planning and executing events.
  • Familiarity with financial operations, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Excitement about Bitcoin and A.I.
