[Hiring] Cash Posting Supervisor @Savista

Role Description

• Monitors staff performance and quality and addresses any training or performance issues on a regular basis. Perform colleague chair-sides as needed.
• Ensures that all cash received on a daily basis is posted and reconciled to the Bank Deposit.
• Collaborates with leadership and training team to build training plans required to develop a best practice team.
• Responsible for day-to-day inventory management of workload.
• Provides assistance/resolution to internal business partner inquiries.
• Conducts routine quality audits to verify accounts are being worked appropriately such as Unposted, Unidentified Cash and Flags.
• Establishes realistic goals and priorities concurrent with organizational objectives.
• Acts as a technical expert in regards to cash posting requirements, locating EOB/checks, navigating websites related to payment documents.
• Participates in the activities of new client start-up calls and provides staffing and training.
• Maintains a professional attitude and confidentiality.
• Analyzes and solves problems quickly and thoroughly.
• Conducts daily huddles and weekly staff meetings for continued process improvement and staff project knowledge.
• Approves timecards, approves/denies colleague PTO and reviews/approves payroll.
• Supports Savista’s Compliance Program by adhering to policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in healthcare cash posting, working within healthcare systems.
• Experience in Healthcare or with a health care service-related business.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment that requires quick turnaround and quality output.
• Ability to facilitate and influence decisions by motivating others to achieve excellence in both the quality of work and their approach to teamwork.
• Ability to develop and manage relationships with colleagues.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate Microsoft Office programs.
