Role Description

The Case Assembler will be providing support to our legal team while working remotely. For this role, a strong internet connection is required, along with experience in using communication tools like Teams.

Assemble all documents to create packets to submit to immigration.
Make any updates to packets as needed after attorney review.
Review returned cases to provide information to the paralegal team about rejections from USCIS.

Qualifications

Bilingual (English and Spanish)
Impeccable attention to detail
Ability to work independently and proactively
Strong organizational and time management skills
Computer Skills (DropBox, Microsoft Office)

Desktop Computer:

CPU: Ryzen 5 3rd Gen or newer, or Intel Core i5 8th Gen or newer
RAM: 16 GB
Storage: SSD or MZ

Laptop:

CPU: Ryzen 5 5th Gen or newer, or Intel Core i5 9th Gen or newer
RAM: 16 GB
Storage: SSD or MZ

Benefits

Payrate: $6.20/hr
Work Schedule: Tuesday-Friday 2 pm -11 pm EST and Saturdays 10 am-7 pm EST
