Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Salesforce Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will assist with implementations, configurations, and maintenance of our Salesforce CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and support to our internal stakeholders. This role will also involve ensuring compliance with internal and external IT cybersecurity policies and procedures.

• Assist in the development, configuration, customization, and maintenance of the Salesforce user interface, reports, dashboards, and workflows, following Salesforce best practices and industry trends, to meet business requirements and support successful operations.
• Participate in regularly scheduled system maintenance and upgrades.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. Federal Government regulations and internal IT cybersecurity policy and procedures.
• Provide user support and training on Salesforce features and functionality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field or equivalent years of experience.
• 5+ years' information technology work experience and 3+ years of experience with Salesforce administration and configuration.
• 3+ years’ working knowledge and experience of Salesforce CRM principles and concepts.
• Ability to effectively communicate and focus on outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment requiring prioritization of multiple tasks.
• Salesforce Administrator certification.
• 2+ years’ work experience with Salesforce development and configuration.
• 2+ years’ work experience of Salesforce Apex, Visualforce, and other Salesforce development tools.
• 2+ years’ work experience with data migration and integration.
• 2+ years of work experience delivering solutions using the system development lifecycle (SDLC) methodology with an Iterative Waterfall or Agile Scrum project management framework.
• 3+ years’ experience working for a U.S. Federal Government contractor.
