Role Description

Paydex Technologies is seeking a 100% remote Business Support Specialist based in the United States. In this administrative support, team coordination, and general operations role, you will be a vital resource for keeping our daily business activities running smoothly. You will handle a diverse mix of cross-departmental administrative tasks, manage internal and external communications, and support key operational workflows to ensure our team remains highly productive and focused on growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative and daily operational support across multiple departments and team leads.
• Manage general company inboxes, triage incoming requests, and route internal and external communications to the appropriate stakeholders.
• Coordinate scheduling and logistics for internal team meetings, virtual events, and client appointments.
• Maintain and organize internal databases, CRM records, and standard operating procedures to ensure accurate information flow.
• Assist with data entry, report generation, light project tracking, and specialized business tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in administrative support, customer service, office coordination, or a general business operations role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional, solution-oriented mindset.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail when managing multiple tasks or shifting priorities.
• Hands-on proficiency with modern workspace and remote collaboration tools (e.g., G Suite, Slack, Zoom, and basic CRM platforms).
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction or employer sponsorship.
