This role is central to enabling the CRO and CFO in leading high-performing, purpose-driven function(s) that keeps the company running smoothly, efficiently, and in line with strategic objectives. Qualifications

• Strategic Thinking & Planning: Demonstrated ability to contribute to and shape strategic plans, with a clear understanding of how to align functional objectives to wider business goals.
• Change Leadership: Experience managing and supporting teams through change, with the ability to remain focused and effective in evolving environments.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the organisation and with external partners.
• Written Communication: Exceptional written communication skills, with the ability to distil complex information into clear, concise, and compelling reports and presentations.
• Digital Fluency: Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with the ability to produce high-quality documents, dashboards, and packs for senior audiences.
• Risk & Governance Knowledge: Understanding and application of the risk management.
• Detail Orientation: High level of accuracy and attention to detail, particularly in reporting, financial oversight, and governance documentation.
• Autonomous Working: Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of tasks, while also thriving in collaborative, cross-functional teams.
• Resilience & Agility: Able to manage competing priorities and deliver under pressure, including to tight deadlines and in fast-paced environments.
