Role Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Integration Specialist to join our dynamic team in India. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for aligning our internal processes, systems, and technologies to ensure seamless operational flow. As a Business Integration Specialist based in India, you will act as a bridge between different departments, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions. You will play a crucial part in managing both technical and non-technical projects, ensuring that new integrations are smoothly adopted and that our existing architecture continues to meet the evolving needs of the company. Your strategic insight will help us maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze existing business processes and systems to identify integration opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Design and implement robust integration strategies between various software applications (e.g., ERP, CRM, and HR systems) to ensure data consistency and flow.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and finance, to gather requirements and define technical specifications.
• Lead the technical execution of integration projects, including data mapping, API management, and middleware configuration.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for integration architecture, workflows, and process changes.
• Monitor the performance of integrated systems and proactively troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability.
• Conduct testing and validation of new integration solutions to ensure they meet quality, security, and compliance standards.
• Manage and coordinate change management activities, including user training and communication plans to facilitate seamless adoption.
• Work closely with external vendors and partners to manage integration dependencies and service-level agreements.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends in system integration and digital transformation to recommend innovative solutions.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is an advantage.
• A minimum of 5–8 years of proven experience in business analysis, system integration, or IT project management.
• Strong technical proficiency in integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or Apache Camel) and API development (REST/SOAP).
• In-depth knowledge of enterprise software systems like SAP, Oracle, or Salesforce and their cross-module integration.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent project management capabilities, including the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and database management (SQL).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
