Role Description

The Business Analyst / Supplier Performance & Manufacturing Oversight role involves frequent domestic and potential international travel for supplier-site visits and extended assignments.

• Experience in one or more relevant areas, such as:
• Manufacturing Quality Plans
• PFMEA
• Control Plans
• SPC/Cpk
• APQP/PPAP
• Supplier qualification
• Corrective and preventive action
• Manufacturing surveillance
• Supplier quality auditing

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst, Supplier Performance Engineer, Supplier Quality professional, Manufacturing Engineer, or similar professional.
• Experience in at least one relevant area, such as:
• Manufacturing / Quality Plans
• Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA)
• Control Plans
• Statistical Process Control (SPC) / Process Capability (Cpk)
• Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) / Production Part Approval Process (PPAP)
• Supplier qualification and development
• Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA)
• Manufacturing surveillance
• Supplier quality auditing
• Ability to identify and escalate supplier, manufacturing, quality, and delivery risks.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work with suppliers and cross-functional teams to resolve issues and track corrective actions.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the United States and internationally when required.
• Ability to undertake extended assignments at supplier or manufacturing facilities.
